Friends,

None of us have escaped a relative, friend, neighbor, or even a personal bout with cancer.  It is no respecter of persons…rich and poor alike are struck.  It is for those who have limited or no means of dealing with not only the treatment but also the expense of getting treatment (housing, etc.), over 15,500 meals in 40 cities for patients undergoing treatment,  supplemental nutritional needs, etc.  All this in East Tennessee!

You may be aware that Scott Hamilton has partnered with Provision Cares Foundation and loaned his influence and good name to the cause.   A two-time cancer survivor himself, he has given so much back to the fight.
We have committed to try our best to raise $5,000 toward the cause.  If all our friends will give something, I think we can do it.  We have personally given to this in the past, and now we are asking our friends to chip in, too.
Provision supports clients and patients of eight non-profits (Am Cancer Society, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, etc.) and nine healthcare providers in  East Tennessee (East Tenn Children’s Hosp., UT Medical Center, Tennova Healthcare, Thompson Cancer Center, Knoxville Comp Breast Center, etc.).
Let’s help make the fight easier for those who don’t have resources by helping take some of the financial stress away.
You may give onlineyou may give me a check, or you may donate items to be auctioned on April 26th at the celebration dinner.  You may remain anonymous or lend your name and influence to the list of donors.  Please contact us if you have any questions.  It is certainly a worthy organization with a big heart.
Kind regards and thank you in advance.
